Mission Statement: To provide quality and timely legal consulting services to the Executive Branch, to assist in protecting the interests of the Nation and also promote cost savings by minimizing the need to outsource legal services.
The Legal Division was established in the fall of 2001. The Legal Division assists all divisions of the Chickasaw Nation Executive Branch by providing legal and policy advice and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, tribal and state laws.
