About
The re-entry transitional employment program provides transitional employment services to individuals with employment barriers. Participants can apply for the re-entry program while incarcerated with not more than a year left before parole. Areas served include the counties within the Chickasaw Nation.
The re-entry program provides opportunities for program participants and families to become self-sufficient through work ethic, education and employment. Services provided seek to help program participants identify and asses’ personal strengths and workplace skills, enhance communication and social skills, improve support networks and resources and improve upon existing life skills to help maintain employment.
Ongoing relationships with staff are encouraged to help sustain employment and reduce potential of recidivism.
