This program provides transitional employment services to individuals with employment barriers. Required forms can be obtained from the address above. Participants can apply for the re-entry program while incarcerated with no more than a year left before parole.

• Must be Chickasaw
• 12-18 months pre-release from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections or 12-18 months after release
• No outstanding warrants
• No pending cases
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening
