• Attending Murray State College as a full time student through Ardmore Higher Education Center to obtain an associates degree in history
• Honor Graduate of the first Leadership Love County Class of 2004
• Member of the Marietta Public School Board of Education 2004 – Present
• President of the Love County Chamber of Commerce
• Board member of the Oklahoma Medical Group Managers Association  (MGMA).  Presently serving second term and serving as president of the local chapter for Southern Oklahoma
• Member of the Ethics Committee for the state board of the MGMA

Family and Activities:

• My family members are husband Richard and children Brandon Mathews, Montana Mathews, Nikki Barker and Alise Barker
