The Chickasaw Nation will co-host the 12th annual Ada Area Job Fair 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 11 at the Pontotoc County Agri-Plex located at 1710 North Broadway in Ada, Okla.
The Job Fair will include more than 50 employers seeking workers with varying levels of skills and experience in a wide variety of fields including health care, finance, retail, transportation, customer service and many more. Many of the participating businesses will be conducting on-site interviews.
The event is open to the public and no prior registration is needed to attend.
Participants are advised to dress professionally, bring plenty of resumes and be prepared to be interviewed at the event.
The Job Fair is sponsored by the Chickasaw Nation, Murray State College, Workforce Oklahoma, Southern Workforce Board, Pontotoc County Commissioners, Call-A-Ride and the Ada Jobs Foundation.
