Elders' Day set Sept. 10 in Ada, Okla.

The location for the Chickasaw Nation Elders' Day scheduled 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10 has been changed. The event will now take place at the Chickasaw Community Center located at 700 N. Mississippi in Ada, Okla.

The Elders' Day honors the tribal elders and provides them with opportunities to share their knowledge about the Chickasaw culture and traditions.

The event will also feature presentation from Chipota Chikashshanompoli' (Children's Chickasaw Language Club) group.
