"Night at the Museums" features museum tours, classic family movie Oct. 29

The Chickasaw Council House Museum in Tishomingo, Okla.  will host the "Night at the Museums" Saturday, Oct. 29.

The event will include museum tours beginning 6:30 p.m. and a classic family movie at 7:30 p.m. on the Chickasaw Capitol Grounds.

Admission is free. Hot dog and refreshments will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.

The Council House Museum includes artifacts tracing the history and culture of the Chickasaw people, contemporary Chickasaw artworks, a gift shop and many more. It is located at 209 North Fisher.
