2007 Chickasaw Nation Aviation and Space Academy Applications being accepted
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2007 Chickasaw Nation Aviation and Space Academy. Ninth through 12th grade students will attend June 18 – 21 and 5th through 8th grade students attend June 25 – 28 in Ada, Oklahoma.
Students gain valuable hands-on experience and knowledge about aviation and aerospace history, technology and careers. Activities include a flight in a single-engine airplane, visiting the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, building and flying model airplanes, visits from experts in the field and classroom instruction.
