8th Annual Summer Journalism Workshop registration deadline April 25, 2011

The Oklahoma Institute for Diversity in Journalism 8th Annual Summer Journalism Workshop will take place June 5 – 10 at the University of Oklahoma, Norman campus.

Fifteen to 20 high school students will be chosen to participate in the in-residence program. The workshop will expose students to careers in the world of daily journalism. Participants will attend training sessions each day at the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Participants will be taught by a variety of instructors from educational institutions and professional media organizations.
