Anoli Creative Writing Contest

The Chickasaw Nation Division of Arts and Humanities announces its 2012 Anoli Creative Writing Contest. The creative writing topic is "Chickasaws: People of the Earth." Students will be divided into three age divisions: grades six through eight, grades nine through 12 and young adults through age 24.

The 2012 winners will receive cash prizes and medals. Writers must be able to provide proof of Chickasaw citizenship. Students may submit three written works in one or more categories: poetry, short story, narrative and essay. The entry deadline is February 24, 2012.
