Books published by the Chickasaw Press will be available at a 20% discount at the Chickasaw Press Holiday Sales Event 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6 at the McSwain Theatre 130 W. Main in Ada.   

Newly-released titles will be included in the sale.  These are "Chickasaw Renaissance" by Phillip Carroll Morgan, "Proud to be Chickasaw" by  Chickasaw artist Mike Larsen, his wife Martha and Jeannie Barbour; "Chickasaw Removal" by Amanda L Paige, Fuller L. Bumpers and Daniel F. Littlefield Jr. and "Chickasaw Lives, Volume Three: Sketches of Past and Present" by tribal historian Richard Green. 

Other merchandise, including t-shirts, posters and bookmarks, will also be sold at this one-day-only discounted holiday rate.  

The Chickasaw Press, part of the Chickasaw Nation Division of History and Culture, publishes non-fiction books on Chickasaw history, traditions and culture.
