Valentine activities Feb. 9 at Chickasaw Cultural Center

SULPHUR, Okla. – Saturday, February 9 offers the unique opportunity to celebrate your valentine at the Chickasaw Cultural Center.
A day filled with creating valentine cards, a cookie workshop and a heart-warming family movie are just a few activities planned to celebrate the day.
Children age 12 and under will enjoy a free Valentine Day card workshop and Valentine Cookie workshop, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Chickasaw Dance Troupe will demonstrate a Stomp Dance at 11 a.m., and Chickasaw Homelands presentations will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Anoli' Theater.
A "Then and Now" presentation, featuring bows and arrows, will be at 2:30 p.m., and the classic movie "Lady and the Tramp" will be screened at 3 p.m. in the Anoli' Theater.
A Corn Husk Dolls class is set for 3 p.m. and "Sweetheart Sales" will be offered all day in the Cultural Center retail shops.
