This program provides an added incentive for students to strive for academic excellence.

Required forms are available at the above address. The required form for non-participating school students is the individual application within 28 days of the last day of each grade period.

• Chickasaw citizenship card or certificate 
• One application per school year
• Report cards each grade period within 28 days of the last day of each grade period

• Must be a Chickasaw citizen
• Must be in 2nd - 12th grades
• Students should maintain grades no lower than a ‘B’ in regular courses and ‘C’ in advanced/honor courses.
