This program offers a one-time grant of up to $3,000 per household to help with the down payment and/or closing costs to purchase or refinance a primary residence.

Eligibility
  • Must be Chickasaw
  • Must live in the state of Oklahoma
  • Must be approved for home loan through the Chuka Chukmasi Home Loan Program through the division of housing and tribal development
  • Primary residences only, no investment properties
