About

This program provides assistance to Chickasaw citizens with an urgent, unmet needto assist with gas, water, propane, electric bills and/or deposits. Required applications are available at any area office or from a CHR.

You Provide
  • Chickasaw citizenship card
  • Social Security card
  • Proof of residency
  • Statement of emergecy
  • CDIB card
  • Income or signed Non-Income Statement 
  • Utility bill
Eligibility
  • Must be under the age of 60 (60 and above see Elderly Energy Assistance Program)
  • Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation
