This program assists families with children ages 3 to 5 who do not live in an area with access to a pre-school or in situations where children are home-schooled. This program provides teaching aids to families of pre-school aged children to enhance their educational development. Required application is available above.

• Chickasaw citizenship card
• Copy of birth certificate
• Verification that there is not a Head Start program within the child’s residential area and/or the child is not enrolled in a public school program

• Must not be enrolled in a Head Start or public school program
• Must be between the ages of 3-5 years
