The Chickasaw Nation Division of Health in Tishomingo provides a variety of health services. 

This is an appointment-based clinic offering outpatient family practice medicine including dental, eye clinic, behavioral health, laboratory testing, x-ray, pharmacy, WIC and periodic specialty clinics.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Closed from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the second Friday of each month.
The Pharmacy hours are 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(closed Federal holidays)

Services provided include:

Optometry

  • Offer eye exams to adults and children
  • Full eye exams
  • Diabetic Field Testing
  • Offer arrangement of glasses or frames to patients
  • Refer patients to ophthalmologists within the tribe
  • Optometry accepts appointments for adults and children the last Friday of each month

  • Childrens appointments are given out on the first working day of each month and adult appointments are given out on the second Wednesday of each month

Behavioral Health
The behavioral health department provides services in mental health, substance abuse and social work including individual, family and group counseling, psychiatric services, education and training.

WIC is a nutrition program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture which is designed to provide supplemental foods, breastfeeding education and support and nutrition education to persons during critical growth periods of life:

  • Infants and children up to five (5) years of age
  • Pregnant women
  • Breastfeeding women
  • Women who have recently delivered a baby, up to six months following delivery
