This is an appointment-based clinic offering outpatient family practice medicine including laboratory testing, pharmacy and periodic specialty clinics.

The Durant Health Clinic is designed to provide comprehensive health care to the entire family with one primary provider. The Durant Clinic provides services to any person eligible for care in the Chickasaw Nation Division of Health.

This service includes, but is not limited to:

• Well-child exams
• Immunizations
• Patient and family education
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• Routine physical exams for all ages and gender
• In-house laboratory, radiology and pharmacy
• Geriatrician site visit monthly
• Diabetic Center site visit monthly

Care may be obtained after hours and on weekends through the same day clinic and ER at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma.
