The Pediatric Clinic at CAIHF serves the youngest Native American population through the age of 17.

The clinic has access to a comprehensive data base of immunizations with the state of Oklahoma, called OSIIS (Oklahoma State Immunization Information System). Appointments in the Pediatric clinic can be made during office hours and same day appointments are available for acutely ill children.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Program Requirements:

• The child must have a CDIB from a federally recognized tribe.
• A legal guardian must accompany the child at the time of his or her visit.
