This office provides general information and a place for compliments, patient concerns and/or suggestions for CNDH. Patient surveys are available throughout the hospital and should
be returned to customer relations, front desk or survey drop box.
The customer relations department works with the medical staff at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and satellite clinics to meet the needs of inpatients, outpatients and their family members during their patient visit or hospitalization. The department provides information for services available in the Ada area. These information services include local restaurants and fast-food businesses, available lodging and amenities, recreational activities and local retail stores.
Other services include assisting patients and family members in addressing patient concerns, serving as a liaison to other services provided through the Chickasaw Nation, the county or state agencies and assisting the nursing staff in obtaining pastoral services when requested by the patient or family.
Patients and their families may have many questions and needs during their stay at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center . Customer Relations will work with the patient and the family to ensure that the hospital stay is as pleasant as possible.
