FMNP provides participants in the Chickasaw Nation Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) with checks to purchase locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables at farmers' markets and farm stands during the summer and fall.  Benefits include nutrition education, food demonstrations and $30.00 of FMNP checks.

Farmers' markets and farm stand locations can be found throughout the Chickasaw Nation boundaries.

You Provide:

  • CDIB or citizenship card
  • Proof of 100% disability (for disabled Chickasaw participants only)
  • Income estimate for household

Eligibility:

  • WIC program participants
  • Native American seniors (55 and older) who meet income guidelines
  • Fully disabled Chickasaw individuals (as determined by SSI)
  • Non-Native American seniors (60 and older) residing in a Native American household who meet the income guidelines
