About
The Chickasaw Nation considers its elders “living treasures” and works hard to provide for them the best service and care possible. By offering programs and services which are focused on all aspects of their lives, the tribe remains devoted to the health and well-being of its elders.
This service provides minor home repairs for eligible Chickasaw elders. Required forms are available at the above address or at any senior nutrition center and can be completed via telephone. An applicant can expect a Chickasaw Nation Division on Aging specialist to make the initial visit to assess the services needed. If approved, the manager will contact the client.
