Following an exam and evaluation, hearing aid(s) may be provided every three years to eligible individuals. Most repairs are covered by warranty and additional hearing aids may be purchased at cost.

The audiology department also works with other tribes and Indian Health Services to obtain hearing aids for non-Chickasaws. Hearing aid evaluation and fitting must be completed at CNMC.

Eligibility

• Must be Chickasaw
• Must have a chart at CNMC
• Must have a current audiogram indicating hearing aid candidacy. Audiogram must be performed by a licensed audiologist.
