Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
About
This program assists eligible individual Native Americans with home heating or cooling bills and/or energy assistance deposits.
Required applications are available at any area office or from a CHR.
You Provide
- CDIB or tribal citizenship card
- Social Security card
- Utility bill
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income for everyone in the home age 18 and older
- Proof of disability, if applies to client or household member
Eligibility
- Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation.
- Must be income eligible.
