Community-based services aspire to organize the delivery of care through strengths-based, trauma-informed, family orientation that holds the cultural context of Chickasaw and other American Indians in the highest regard. Our therapeutic services follow an ecological, family systems orientation that considers how aspects of the relationships, family, work, community and culture influence individual and family wellness. Therapy works to strengthen the family’s relationship within its members and with these subsystems as a way of bringing about hope, recovery and wellness.
Integrated family therapy services available to eligible participants and their families include:
- Youth and family counseling
- Psychoeducation
- Screening and assessments
- Treatment planning
- School-based outreach/counseling
- Home-based family treatment
- Drug and alcohol counseling
