The housing counseling and loan services program offers a variety of counseling programs dealing with housing maintenance, family budgeting, fire and home safety, early delinquency intervention and pre-purchase and post-purchase counseling. In addition, the Chuka Chukmasi home loan program is a secondary market home loan program for the purchase or refinance of a home.

The Chuka Chukmasi home loan program also includes an in-house construction loan at 5% interest and a home improvement loan at 5% interest.
