Description

The Chickasaw Nation is one of the original grantees of the Older Americans Act-Title VI, Grant to Indian Tribes.

The program is provided to improve nutritional status, reduce isolation through social interaction and visitation, assess clients' home and health situations and link together the senior and all other available resources.

In addition to our site staff, the program utilizes the National Indian Council on Aging Title V, Senior Employment Program and the W.I.A. program.

  • Any person with a CDIB,  60 years of age or older.
  • The spouse of a living eligible Native American.
