Description
The department of youth services accepts requests for donations or sponsorships for students who may need assistance in order to participate in various events, clubs, leagues or other areas. Requests may be made for individual purposes or for the sponsorship of a team. Team sponsorships are for those teams with three (3) or more Chickasaw students on the team.
Examples of Assistance:
- School/Church Sponsored Events/Activities
- Athletic/Music/Dance Supplies or Uniforms
- Graduation Supplies
- Participant Registration Fees
Other Information:
- Limited Two Forms Of Assistance Per Year
- Chickasaw Citizenship Required (must attach citizenship card to application)
- Ages 6-18
