Scope of Services:
Well-child exams
Immunizations
Patient and family education
Acute care
Chronic disease management
Routine physical exams for all ages and gender
In-house laboratory, radiology and pharmacy
Monthly geriatrician site visit
Monthly diabetic center site visit
Behavorial Health
Hours of Operation:
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours and on weekend care may be obtained through the Same Day Clinic and Emergency Room located at Carl Albert Indian Health Care Facility in Ada, OK.
