Description
The Durant Medical Clinic is designed to provide comprehensive health care to the entire family with one primary provider. Durant Clinic provides services to any person eligible for care in the Chickasaw Nation Health System.
This service includes, but is not limited to:
Well-child exams
Immunizations
Patient and family education
Acute care
Chronic disease management
Routine physical exams for all ages and gender
In-house laboratory, radiology and pharmacy
Geriatrician site visit monthly
Diabetic Center site visit monthly
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Care may be obtained after hours and on weekends through the Same Day Clinic and Emergency Room at Carl Albert Indian Health Facility in Ada, Oklahoma.
