Public COVID-19 Vaccinations & Flu Shots

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health public health nursing team is offering COVID-19 vaccinations including the bivalent booster and flu shots to the public at mobile events each Thursday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parking lot of the locations below.

• First Thursday: Tishomingo Health Clinic
• Second Thursday: Ardmore Health Clinic
• Third Thursday: Purcell High School
• Fourth Thursday: Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) in Ada
