Meal planning can be challenging at any time, but may require creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic when supplies might be limited and families go out to shop less often. Recently, Adrienne Jacobs and Melissa Burden with Chickasaw Nation Nutrition Services Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Education, spoke with KCNP Community Radio about meal planning during isolation.
