Education Fair set for Feb. 27 in Ada

ADA, Okla. – Universities, colleges and career technology center representatives will be on hand Feb. 27 to assist prospective students with a transition away from high school and into the halls of higher education.

Sponsored by the Chickasaw Nation, students will receive hands on information regarding financial aid, degree programs, study courses, admissions and much more.

The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center, 700 N. Mississippi.

Representatives from Oklahoma Baptist University, St. Gregory’s University, East Central University, The Chickasaw Foundation, Native Explorers, Choctaw Nation Career Development Center and others are scheduled to attend.

The event is open to the public. All students who are interested in, or are planning to pursue a higher education degree or certification are encouraged to attend.
