Chickasaw Nation Residents, Chickasaws At‑large

The eyeglasses and contacts program allows eligible citizens to receive an allowance of $200 toward contact lenses or one pair of glasses every two years. The $200 benefit is only available through Oklahoma Optical locations.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen.

  • Eligible for one benefit every two years
You Provide
  • Eyeglass prescription and frame ordering information or contact lens prescription, which includes measurements for bifocal height and pupil distance.

Program Details

Eligible citizens can receive an allowance of $200 toward contact lenses or one pair of glasses every two years.

Eligible eyeglasses are produced by Oklahoma Optical, a tribally owned lens manufacturing business. Specialty lenses and frames are available at a low cost to the patient. Sunglasses are not eligible.

Other Information

The $200 benefit will assist in the purchase of glasses or contact lenses available through any Oklahoma Optical location. Not valid for reimbursement of optical goods obtained elsewhere.
