COVID-19 UPDATES

Out of an abundance of caution and to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, certain Chickasaw Nation events, classes, facilities, etc., will be postponed, canceled or closed. For a complete list of postponements, cancelations or closures, visit the COVID-19 INFORMATION page. We will continue to update the list as the situation progresses.

The college-age Native Explorers program offers guided exploration of the natural world to Native American college students. Participants will travel with a team of Native American research scientists, educators and physicians on a scientific and cultural expedition.

You Provide

  • OSU Native Explorers Application
  • Letter of reference from an academic instructor

Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe
  • Have positive academic standing
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
