Transportation Services Program

The mission of transportation services is to provide transportation, as well as prescription pickup and delivery to all Native Americans within the Chickasaw Nation, in a comfortable, simple, safe and easy-to-access fashion.

You Provide:

List all items the citizen/client needs to provide. Can include (but not limited to):

  • CDIB card
  • Citizenship card
  • Social Security card
  • State-issued valid photo ID

Eligibility:

  • Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation boundaries

Other Information:

Schedule

  • 24-hour advance notice (appointments should be made between 8 a.m. and noon, Monday - Friday)
  • Transportation reservations cannot be made on Chickasaw Nation-recognized holidays
  • 72-hour advance notice for transportation taking you outside of the Chickasaw Nation service area
  • Transportation services utilizes a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week answering service for your convenience for urgent messages

Passengers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Neither profanity nor harassment of the drivers and/or passengers will be tolerated.
