Award Notification

Reimbursement is distributed once per award year on a nonreloadable Visa card. The amount awarded is determined by the amount documented on receipts.

For example:

• $100 in documentation receives $100
• $300 or more in documentation receives $300

Receipts must be dated within the award year, beginning Oct. 1. If receipts total less than the maximum award amount of $300, the remaining funds are not held in reserve and are no longer available for distribution.

Qualifying applicants will be notified with an award letter via the U.S. Postal Service. The nonreloadable Visa card will be issued by mail and must be activated upon receipt. Please allow 6-8 weeks to process and approve each award.

Reimbursement is fulfilled once per lifetime.
