Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby, center, is joined by Chickasaw Nation elected officials, tribal leaders and Chickasaw Lighthorse police to celebrate groundbreaking ceremonies on a new state-of-the-art facility March 19. The new facility will serve as the headquarters for the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department.
“This new headquarters is part of our continued investment in public safety,” Governor Anoatubby said. “It represents our commitment to giving our officers and staff the resources they need to succeed. And it represents our commitment to protecting the citizens of the Chickasaw Nation for generations to come.”
