Program Details

Explore the identity, survival, history, culture and creativity of the Chickasaw people, in two humanities courses offered at select accredited colleges and universities in Oklahoma.

Chickasaw Humanities I compares Chickasaw culture to Western culture.

Chickasaw Humanities II explores the same topics but compares to other indigenous cultures.

Students are required to register at the college or university offering the course and must be a high school graduate or have earned a GED or HSE diploma.

Other Information

Scholarships are available for Chickasaw citizens.
