Program Details

Anoli' is a Chickasaw word that means “to tell.” Poetry and short story entries will be judged on artistic form and creativity. Essay entries will be judged on how well contestants respond to the prompt.

All submitted works must be original. Winners will receive cash prizes.

Division I: grades 6-8
Division II: grades 9-12
Division III: adults 18 and older

Categories (one entry per category):

Poetry (64 lines or less)
Short story (1,000-2,000 words)
Essay (1,000 words or less, topic will be provided)
