Chickasaw Nation Residents, Chickasaws At‑large

Outpatient services offers mental health treatment through individual, couples and family counseling services, as well as therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics.

Participants must be a Chickasaw citizen, Chickasaw Nation employee or an immediate family member of either. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

Eligibility

Ada, Pauls Valley, Purcell:

  • Chickasaw citizens
  • Citizens of a federally-recognized tribe
  • Chickasaw Nation employees
  • Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible Native American or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient.

Oklahoma City:

  • Chickasaw citizens
  • Chickasaw Nation employees
  • Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible citizen or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient.

Kingston:

  • Students enrolled at the Chickasaw Children’s Village

Other Information

Zero Suicide is a commitment to suicide prevention in health and behavioral health systems. It is both a concept and a practice being implemented by the Chickasaw Nation.
