Outpatient Services

Outpatient services offers individual, couples and family counseling services, as well as therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics, such as: parenting, grief, relationships, anxiety, depression and substance abuse.

You Provide

  • CDIB Card or
  • Chickasaw Nation Employee Identification

Eligibility

Ada, Ardmore, Pauls Valley, Purcell, Tishomingo:

  • Chickasaw citizens
  • Citizens of a federally-recognized tribe
  • Chickasaw Nation employees
  • Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible Native American or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient.

Oklahoma City:

  • Chickasaw citizens
  • Chickasaw Nation employees
  • Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible citizen or Chickasaw Nation employee is the identified patient.

Kingston:

  • Students enrolled at the Chickasaw Children’s Village

Other Information

Zero Suicide is a commitment to suicide prevention in health and behavioral health systems. It is both a concept and a practice being implemented by the Chickasaw Nation.
