This services at large program includes benefits for youth, disabled citizens, elders and citizens of all ages with private insurance drug coverage to allow prescription submission from the citizen’s provider.
Covered prescriptions may be supplied by mail order pharmacy. Participation does not require an active chart within CNDH. During enrollment the prescription medication required will be identified and pre-authorized by the coordinator. Once enrolled, citizens will send the original prescription to the refill center where it will be processed and mailed to them. As refills are needed, citizens will then call the pharmacy refill center directly to request medications each month.
Private insurance drug coverage or Medicare Part D is required for adults eligible for the program. Insurance is not required for youth less than 19 years of age. Elders and permanently disabled may use the Health Spending Account to pay for monthly drug insurance premiums. The pharmacy will file third party insurance claims and the patient will have no out-of-pocket expenses.

The Chickasaw Services at Large programs were created as a direct result of citizen feedback.
Citizens living outside the Chickasaw Nation boundaries can take advantage of these services offered by CNDH. The prescription mail order program, the health spending account program and the eyeglasses program are just a few that help to serve the needs of our citizens at large.
