Wellness Centers

The wellness centers provide education, mentoring, monitoring, incentives and access to activities to promote exercise, nutrition and overall improved health, including aerobics, weight training, etc.

The facilities are open to the public for a fee. Children must be 10 years of age or older to use equipment.

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday 5:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Moccasin Trails Program

Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Moccasin Trails Program provides assessments, health education, healthy cookbooks, exercise demonstrations and incentives to encourage overall health. Currently, more than 300 participants are enrolled in the program.

Program Requirements:

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health offers a variety of programs and services at several convenient locations throughout our 13-county jurisdiction. The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center (CNMC) is located in Ada, Oklahoma and outlying clinics are located in Ardmore, Durant, Purcell and Tishomingo.
