The updated Chickasaw Nation Headquarters Gym allows Chickasaw citizens to host basketball games and tournaments.
The gymnasium features 229 bench seats with backs and 38 stadium chairs. The seating layout is designed to keep spectators off the court and to provide safety for athletes and visitors.
The gym also features an impact-resistant floating ceiling system and a four-sided scoreboard above the center of the court. Wall pads have been installed to provide safety for the players.
The concession area features stainless steel counters and shelves, a refrigerator and ice machine. Upstairs, there are enlarged men’s and women’s restrooms and two built-in trophy cases.
Basketballs are provided.
Gyms are open for Chickasaw citizens and Chickasaw Nation employees.
Gym hours:
- Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5-8 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday, 5-8 p.m.
- Available for basketball groups to practice
- Available on weekends upon request
