Recreational facility rentals provide a venue for Chickasaw citizens to host events in their communities. Available facilities include the Ada Softball Complex, Kullihoma Recreation Area and gyms in Ardmore and Chickasaw Nation Headquarters.

Program Details

All reservations are first come, first served.

Reservations for recreational facilities must be booked at least two weeks in advance, but no more than three months in advance. Citizens may reserve a facility once every three months. The Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation.

All concession areas must be stocked and staffed by the renter. Chickasaw Nation staff will not be available to operate concession areas or ticket booths.

There is no fee to rent a recreational facility, however there is a $50 refundable deposit that is returned if the facility is left clean. The deposit must be paid by check. Cash will not be accepted.

Cancellations must be given in writing at least one week prior to the event to receive a deposit refund.

The renter is responsible for set-up, take down and management of their event.

Chickasaw Nation staff will periodically be on site and are available to answer questions or address concerns.

The Chickasaw Nation Community Centers offer versatile venues for reunions, meetings, celebrations and many other events. Each facility offers practical amenities that meet a variety of needs. Achille, Ada, Ardmore, Marshall County and Tishomingo community centers are available to the public. Applicant must be a Chickasaw citizen to reserve the Oklahoma City community center.
