Chickasaw Landscaping Products-Chickasaw Farms

This program provides a landscaping package which includes a set number of trees, shrubs, grasses, flowers as well as sod for Chickasaw homeowners.

Chickasaw homeowners are eligible to receive an initial landscaping package that includes three trees, six shrubs, three ornamental grasses and 12 flowers. Every other year, Chickasaw homeowners qualify for a supplemental package of one tree, two shrubs, two ornamental grasses and six flowers.

Chickasaw homeowners can also receive up to 10,000 square feet of quality sod. This is a cumulative limit and can be picked up in increments. The landscaping packages and sod must be picked up at Chickasaw Farms.

You Provide

• Document establishing home ownership (must show physical address) (example: copy of declaration page from homeowner’s insurance policy, copy of tax assessor’s statement showing homestead exemption). A warranty or quit claim deed does not establish home ownership.
• Chickasaw citizenship card
• Copy of utility bill with physical address of home
• Bring documents when you pick up your landscaping package or sod. You will also fill out a short application at that time.
• Required form which can be obtained at the address above or by calling the number listed below.
• If you have received your initial package, you will not need to submit additional documentation unless you have moved to a new residence.

• Must be a Chickasaw citizen
• Must be a homeowner

Other Information

• Only new construction homes within the Chickasaw Nation boundaries will be eligible for sod installation.
