This program provides a landscaping package that includes a set number of trees, shrubs, grasses, flowers as well as sod for Chickasaw homeowners.

Starting April 25, Chickasaw homeowners are eligible to receive an initial landscaping package that includes three trees, six shrubs, three ornamental grasses and 12 flowers. Every other year, Chickasaw homeowners qualify for a supplemental package of one tree, one shrub, two ornamental grasses and six flowers.

Chickasaw homeowners can also receive up to 10,000 square feet of quality sod. This is a cumulative limit and can be picked up in increments. The landscaping packages and sod must be picked up at Chickasaw Farms.

Starting May 4, Sod can be ordered on Mondays for pick up each Friday, through the end of October. Orders are on a first-call, first-served basis each week. Each pallet of sod contains 400 square feet and will weigh about 2,000 pounds. Large rolls of sod that can be installed mechanically are also available. Sod orders must be commensurate with weight limits on the trailer.

Chickasaw Farms will be open the following Saturdays: April 25, May 2,9,16, and May 30.

The landscaping packages can be picked up between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm.
