The chore service program aids with basic housekeeping duties for eligible Chickasaw elders. Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen 60 years of age or older and reside within the Chickasaw Nation. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

The community health program provides automated blood pressure measurement machines and specific over-the-counter medications at Chickasaw Nation Senior Centers. The program also provides educational opportunities related to diet, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Participants must be a Chickasaw elder.

This program assists income-eligible Chickasaw citizens with home repairs. The assistance is a grant up to $7,500 paid directly to citizen and contractor for the repair of a citizen’s home. Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen and meet income eligibility requirements. The home must be their primary residence.
