LifeRx equips participants to make lasting behavior changes involving nutrition, physical activity and coping strategies. This program is for those with pre-diabetes and specific risk factors.

Medical family therapy is a comprehensive approach to care that supports the physical, emotional, social and spiritual health of patients and their families during medical visits or outpatient therapy.

This program allows Chickasaw citizens to participate in a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan may request unbiased assistance with enrollment in the most suitable plan per their individual needs.

Must be Medicare eligible, either age or disability category.

This program provides prescription drug assistance for Native Americans and non-Native American spouses with active private or Medicare Part D Prescription Insurance (federally recognized tribes only).

Applicants must be a First American or non-First American spouse.

The Nittak Himitta’ (A New Day) program provides First American women and their families a healthy community and integrated services in a trauma-informed residential substance abuse treatment program.
