Medical family therapy is a comprehensive approach to care that supports the physical, emotional, social and spiritual health of patients and their families during medical visits or outpatient therapy.

This program provides prescription drug assistance for Native Americans and non-Native American spouses with active private or Medicare Part D Prescription Insurance (federally recognized tribes only).

Applicants must be a First American or non-First American spouse.

The Nittak Himitta’ (A New Day) program provides First American women and their families a healthy community and integrated services in a trauma-informed residential substance abuse treatment program.

Optometry provides services to prevent, diagnose and treat eye disease and promote eye health.

This service is offered to both Chickasaw and First American patients.

This program provides First Americans with the carcasses, parts and feathers of golden and bald eagles for religious purposes.

Applicants must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe to qualify.

Receive mental health treatment through counseling services or participate in therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics.

Participants must be a Chickasaw citizen, Chickasaw Nation employee or an immediate family member of either. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

The over-the-counter (OTC) medications program provides specific OTC medications at no cost for eligible Chickasaw elders.

Participants must be a Chickasaw citizen and be 60 years of age or older.

Pediatric primary care provides well-child and sick-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals and referrals as needed at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and Chickasaw Nation Health Clinics.

Chickasaw citizen or First Americans ages 1-18 who are patients of Chickasaw Nation Department of Health qualify for services.
